Purchase & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase & Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through www.sofias.me and forms an integral part of Sofia’s Terms and Conditions.

1. Purchase of Products

By placing an order on www.sofias.me, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these policies.

Sofia’s reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability and to cancel orders affected by such errors prior to dispatch.

2. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

An order is deemed accepted once it has been dispatched or confirmed as ready for pickup.

3. Payment Methods

Sofia’s offers the following payment options:

  • Online payment using the payment methods displayed at checkout (available for both domestic and international orders)

  • Cash on Delivery (Payment at Delivery) is available exclusively for orders delivered within Montenegro

Payment at delivery is not available for international orders. International customers must complete payment online at the time of purchase.

Sofia’s reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment authorization fails or in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Order Cancellation by the Customer

4.1 Standard (Non-Personalized) Products

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped or prepared for pickup.

Once the order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be governed by the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

4.2 Personalized or Custom-Made Products

Orders for personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Due to their custom nature, these items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless the product is defective or required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation by Sofia’s

Sofia’s reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled by Sofia’s, any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Statutory Rights)

Where applicable under consumer protection laws (including EU regulations), customers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for non-personalized products only.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made jewellery.

7. Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Delivery costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8. Amendments

Sofia’s reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
